Creating a community
‘Watersmeet’ is a development of 11 houses and 12 affordable units on an exception site at the confluence of two rivers, the River Caen, and Knowle Water, with views south to the burrows, part of an AONB. The houses demonstrate sustainable credentials, have been designed passively with glazed facades facing south with air source heat pump water cylinders and high levels of insulation.
