Grove Park was a development project joint venture between Guy Greenfield Architects and John Smart Architects. The project consisted of the redevelopment of 17 / 18 Grove Park, S. London. The conversion of a former hostel, villa and chapel into four luxury terraced houses, six apartments and a free standing house. The project was managed as a management contractor in house. Completed 2014. GDV £12M
The chosen Interior style was contemporary and craft orientated.
